This blog is for me, I am creating this for Performance Psychology purposes.

Also it will work as a diary for myself.


Today August 3rd.

I would say I procrastinated alot,  I need to stop this one way is by using Performance Psychology.

I get depressed and worry and have regrets I need to stop this counter act on these thoughts and feeling.


I will commit to various things:
Stop reading the Daily Mail and other negative newspapers
Meditate

Game Plan for my speech
Do breathing exercises
Go through the checklist aloud
Do phone contacts.
